What counts as an AI draft?
Every time you click 'Generate response' and Claude writes a draft for you, that's one AI draft. Publishing, editing, or manually writing a response doesn't count.
What happens when I exceed my monthly draft limit?
Each plan includes a monthly AI draft allowance. Once you use it up, you can buy a credit-pack top-up to keep drafting, up to your plan's hard ceiling (1000 for Starter, 5000 for Pro, 15000 for Agency) — after that, drafting pauses until your next billing period. Credits expire at each period reset and don't roll over.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade immediately from the Settings page. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
Does every plan include a free trial?
Yes — all new accounts get a 14-day free trial with full Pro feature access, no credit card required.
What currency am I billed in?
Your billing currency (AUD or USD) is set from the country you select at signup and is locked for the life of the account — it can't be changed afterwards.
What is included in "all core features" on Starter?
Every review management feature: approval queue, bulk drafting, flagging, priority sorting, saved replies library, per-star style rules, and brand voice. The only differences between paid plans are your AI draft volume, number of locations, and team-scale features (Agency only).
