What counts as a reply?
One reply is one time you ask us to write something for a review. Editing it, saving it, or writing your own from scratch doesn’t count.
What happens if I run out of replies for the month?
You stop getting new ones written until the next month starts. Everything else keeps working — you can still write and save replies yourself. Your count is always on the Settings page.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Starter, Pro and Agency are all on the Settings page under Billing — that is also where you change plan or cancel once you are subscribed. If you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days free with everything turned on, and you don’t need a credit card.
Will I be charged in Australian dollars?
That depends on the country you pick when you sign up — Australian accounts are billed in AUD, others in USD. It’s locked in when you sign up and can’t be changed later.
What do I actually get on the cheapest plan?
Everything you need to handle reviews: checking replies before they go out, doing a batch at once, flagging, sorting by what needs you first, saved replies, setting how to answer each star rating, and replies that sound like you. The only things that change on bigger plans are how many replies you get a month, how many locations you can add, and the tools built for agencies.
