Terms of Service

Glia Reviews helps businesses manage and respond to online reviews, including AI-assisted drafting of responses. AI-generated content is a draft only; you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything published under your business’s name.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with Pro-level feature access, capped at 50 AI drafts during the trial. No payment is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan, access to paid features ends when the trial expires. We may modify or withdraw trial terms for future signups.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. Your billing currency (AUD or USD) is determined at signup based on your country and is fixed for the life of the account.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI drafts. Unused drafts do not roll over. If you reach your allowance, you may purchase one-off credit packs (described below) or upgrade your plan. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated; we are not currently registered for GST, and this document will be updated if that changes.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By subscribing you authorise us and our provider to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.

Credit packs are one-off purchases that add AI drafts on top of your plan allowance for the current billing period. Credit packs are consumed only after your plan allowance is exhausted, do not roll over between billing periods, are non-refundable once used, and cannot be exchanged for cash. A hard per-period ceiling applies to each plan regardless of credits held.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable law, fees already paid are non-refundable and partial periods are not pro-rated.

You agree not to:

• publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringes another’s rights;
• post fake, incentivised, or deceptive reviews or responses, or otherwise breach the terms of any connected platform (including Google);
• use the Service to send spam or to harass any person;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan (for example, Agency client management).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

The Service integrates with third parties you choose to connect, such as Google Business Profile. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may affect features that depend on them.

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the responses you publish. You grant us a licence to process that content solely to provide the Service. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including its software and branding. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to operate and improve the Service.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with the Service is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of re-supply, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections intended to survive (including billing, intellectual property, and liability) continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts of Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting your rights under any non-excludable law of the place where you live.
